About Us

Who we are

We are a nonprofit organization with over 180 volunteer members.

Future Master Gardeners complete four months of rigorous classroom and hands-on training.

Trainees become certified by the University of California’s Agriculture and Natural Resources Division after successful completion of coursework.

A 501 c 3 organization established in Fresno County in 1994, we work closely with the UCCE (University of California Cooperative Extension) Master Gardener Program in Fresno County.
